Training
Whilst SERA has been designed to be simple and intuitive to use, SERA is a very powerful SMS tool. To get the most from your investment ASM recommends professional training in the use of SERA in support of SMS activities. Because training is such an important component in the management of safety, ASM sought the services of a professional training organisation to ensure a high standard of training was delivered to customers. ISIS International is an internationally recognised training organisation with a reputation for delivering high quality training outcomes to the aviation industry.
ISIS has developed a range of courses to enable the users of SERA to obtain the optimum value from the system. Proper assessment and efficient management of the data that is entered into SERA will improve the quality and the value of the information that SERA can provide. Trend Analysis and Risk Management training along with guidance with respect to report compilation will assist managers to understand the potential of SERA as a valuable safety management tool and will help operators to monitor compliance more accurately.
ISIS runs regular courses for SERA in Melbourne, Christchurch and Amsterdam as well as travelling to any location in the world to provide training for SERA customers.
